1. Healing Services – Non-Refundable
All healing services offered through Lovenheal (including but not limited to Reiki, energy healing, and spiritual consultations) are non-refundable. These services are based on time, energy, and personalized support, and once scheduled or delivered, cannot be reversed or returned.
We encourage you to ask questions before booking and choose the services that best resonate with your healing journey.
2. Return of Physical Products
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased from Lovenheal, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- You must notify us at support@lovenheal.com before sending any returns.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds for Products
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we may reject the return.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@lovenheal.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
