Bring your awareness to your physical body. Imagine a gentle, warm light surrounding you, cocooning you in its embrace. Visualize this light expanding with each breath, gradually encompassing your entire body.
Scan the aura or your body, where exactly you feel pain or discomfort.
Envision a shimmering, protective shield forming around you. This shield is composed of pure, vibrant energy that repels negativity and embraces positivity. Visualize it as an impenetrable barrier. No evil can touch you ever
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, either silently or aloud:
“I am surrounded by a vibrant and resilient aura.”
“My energy is pure, positive, and uplifting.”
“I attract positivity and repel negativity.”
“I radiate love, light, and positivity to those around me.”
“My aura is a reflection of my inner strength and well-being.”
Imagine your aura glowing with a bright, healing color. Choose a color that resonates with you. As you inhale, visualize this color growing brighter and more vibrant. As you exhale, imagine it expanding outward, encompassing your entire energy field.
All the stagnated energy is leaving you making you clear and revitalized.
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful forest. As you inhale, imagine drawing in the pure energy of nature. As you exhale, release any residual tension or negativity.
Bring to mind moments when you felt joy, love, and gratitude. Embrace those feelings as you repeat the affirmation: “I am worthy of love and positivity. My aura shines with my authentic self.”
Slowly start to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, taking a few more deep breaths. When you’re ready, open your eyes.
